The Jolly Gents are a banjo and accordeon duo from the Netherlands entertaining folks with twanging, pumping folky goodness! Are you ready to laugh and dance and sing along? These gents will get any party going!

Sjoerd van Ravenzwaaij and Tom van Aarle met in early 2014 to work on a theatre show for the band ‘Acting the Maggot’. While on tour in 2016, the idea of performing together as a duo was born. After performing as ‘Sjoerd & Tom’ for 4 years, in 2020 they decided to sign with Friendly Folk Records and the name “The Jolly Gents” was born. Their debut single will be released on 12/June/2020. Pre-orders available beginning 5/June/2020. All pre-orders on 5/June are extra appreciated as Bandcamp is giving 100% of the money to Artists and Labels on that day. Order at Friendly Folk Records!
